Privacy Policy

Waitlist: the email address you enter. It is stored with our email provider (Resend) so we can send product updates.

Orders: checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details under its own privacy policy. Neurastack receives your name, email, shipping address, and order details, never your full card number.

Site usage: we use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, the X pixel, and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure ads, for example page views, traffic sources, and events such as a completed waitlist signup or a checkout click. Google Analytics, X, and Meta set cookies and process usage data under their privacy policies; Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.

Email you send us: if you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply and support you.

To fulfil and ship orders, provide support, and send order and shipping updates.

To send product news to the waitlist. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

To understand which pages are used so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers that operate the site and orders: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (analytics), X and Meta (ad measurement), and DHL Express (delivery). Each only receives what it needs for its job.

Authorities where the law requires it.

Unsubscribe from any email with the link in the footer, or email us to be removed from the waitlist.

Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing Hi@neurastack.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been exposed.

The site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
