Returns and Refunds

Email Hi@neurastack.com with your order number. Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded in full to the original payment method.

You can return a Dev Kit within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The glasses, clip-on, cable, and guide must come back complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a tracked service.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges and any import duties are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or outside the window may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

If your Dev Kit is faulty, see the Warranty page. Defects are handled by repair or replacement, and shipping is on us.

Stack+ can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.
