Warranty

Neurastack warrants the Dev Kit against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears, we will repair the unit or replace it with an equivalent unit at no charge.

Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, scratched lenses or display, normal wear, cosmetic damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and damage from use outside the documented specifications.

Software behaviour of the Dev Kit, which is early hardware and is expected to change, and any third-party apps.

Email Hi@neurastack.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video if possible. We will confirm coverage and send return instructions. Shipping for approved warranty returns is covered by Neurastack.

Repairs and replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original 12-month period.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state.
