Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to other countries cannot be accepted at checkout yet. Join the waitlist to hear when your region opens.

Dev Kits ship within 2-3 weeks of your order, directly from our manufacturing partner in China via DHL Express. Transit takes 2-5 business days.

You will receive an email with a DHL tracking number when your order ships.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Any import duties or fees charged by DHL on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Email Hi@neurastack.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order ships. After that, changes go through DHL and cannot be guaranteed.

If a package arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
