Terms of Service

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then we may cancel it and refund you in full, for example if the item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.

Shipping, returns, and warranty terms are set out on their own pages and form part of these terms.

The Dev Kit is early hardware sold to developers and early adopters. It is not a finished consumer product. Software, features, and services may change, be added, or be removed over time as Stack OS develops.

Stack+ is an optional monthly subscription that adds usage for Helix, the app builder, Eliza, and translation. The first 100 Dev Kit buyers get their first month free. You can cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

Use the products lawfully and respect other people. Do not use the camera or microphone where recording is prohibited, and do not use Helix, Eliza, or the SDK to break the law, harm others, or interfere with our services.

Helix and Eliza act on your instructions. You are responsible for the tasks you ask them to perform and for reviewing anything they book, buy, or send on your behalf.

Stack OS, the companion app, and the SDK are licensed to you, not sold. You may build and distribute apps for Neuraglass with the SDK. You may not reverse engineer our services, remove notices, or redistribute our software except as the SDK documentation allows.

Except for the express warranty on the Warranty page, products and services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Neurastack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. If we change them, the date above will be updated, and continued use after that date means you accept the change. Questions go to Hi@neurastack.com.
